Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
1. Open the Titra Health app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom tab bar)
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
support@titrahealth.io
Please include the email address associated with your Titra Health account. We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation when complete.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your profile information (name, email, date of birth)
- Treatment and medication logs
- Food and meal entries
- Weight and body composition records
- Progress photos
- Symptom and side effect logs
- AI chat history and insights
- App preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes:
- Billing and transaction records (required for financial compliance)
- Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you
After the retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
